The Workshop

Like almost everything, the Digital Parenting Workshop started small. I was invited to speak at the congregation I now work for over 8 years ago. I wrote four 45-minute classes on “internet safety,” which later became known as “Active Digital Parenting,” which I just revamped to Digital Parenting Workshop in 2019. It snowballed, and in 2018, I was able to do 17 workshops.

Since its inception, I have presented the Workshop in some form or another at 73 different venues. Churches mostly, but also different businesses and schools. I have been to California, Ohio, North Carolina, and tons of places in my home state of Tennessee.

Since 2013, I have hardly marketed the Workshop at all. This is the first time I’ve stepped into a proper role with the Workshop, making my dreams for it a reality.

Thanks again for visiting the site, and don’t forget to stop by the YouTube channel as well.
